I currently work night shifts and have always had a very difficult sleeping during the day.  I’ve tried everything from noise makers to black out curtains and have had very little success.

 Then I tried the eye mask from Bona Notti and have never looked back.  I have never slept so well and could not imagine sleeping without it. I would recommend this product to anyone that desires a good night sleep.
